We Hold the County’s Business

Clay County government contracts with us for waste service, and has renewed that contract twice. We are going into our third term.

That matters more than a testimonial. A county does not renew a hauler out of habit — it evaluates performance, insurance, bonding, and compliance every cycle, and it has options. If we missed pickups or invoiced badly, we would not be going into a third term.

The standards a public agency requires are the same standards we run for every commercial account. Same trucks, same routes, same people answering the phone.

One Price, Locked Five Years

Commercial waste contracts in this market routinely include annual CPI increases, fuel surcharges, environmental fees, and administrative fees. Ours do not. The number you sign is the number you pay in year five.

Front load service starts at $110 per month for a 2 yard container on weekly pickup. Sizes run 2, 4, 6, and 8 yard, on schedules from once a week to six times a week.

Where Your Waste Goes

Clay County operates the Rosemary Hill Solid Waste Management Facility at 3545 Rosemary Hill Road in Green Cove Springs. That is where commercial volume goes.

The county’s smaller Environmental Convenience Centers in Middleburg, Clay Hill, Doctor’s Inlet, Long Bay, and Keystone Heights are residential drop-offs with strict limits — roughly 1.5 cubic yards per day, no land clearing debris, no loose material. Anything above that has to go to Rosemary Hill.

For a business, that distinction matters. If your staff is making runs to a convenience center, you are working around a volume limit that a permanent container solves.
